The Microgaming Triathlon Festival Weekend opens with a solo event this Saturday from 9am.

The team event is on Sunday, also starting from Ramsey Swimming Pool at 9am.

Both events are sprint distance, starting with a 750-metre swim, then a 20km cycle and 5km run.

The swim is 30 lengths of Ramsey pool, the cycle course goes out towards Bride, through Andreas and back to Ramsey via St Jude’s and Jurby Road. The run is in and around Mooragh Park. Course maps can be downloaded from the events calendar on Manx Tri Club’s website.
