Armed police were deployed to an incident in Pulrose on Tuesday night.

Officers responded and arrived at Alder Road in Douglas at around 8:30pm on August 31.
A spokesperson from the police said: ’The matter was dealt with and police confirm there was no risk to the general public.’
According to eyewitnesses, the area was closed to vehicles and pedestrians during this time.
