A boy was hit by a vehicle in Port Erin yesterday.

It happened on Station Road at just after 5pm.
Police are asking witnesses to contact Castletown police station on 822222.
A force spokesman said: ‘We would also like to take this opportunity to thank all the members of public which helped to secure the scene prior to emergency services arrival.’
