This was the scene earlier today (Monday) at the 33rd milestone on the Mountain Road after a driver lost control of a Porsche Boxter.

Photographer John Maddrell captured the accident which involved one vehicle carrying a driver and passenger.

Police reported that road conditions were very slippery but neither the driver or passenger were injured.
