A charge of assault against Jennifer Clare Bruce, aged 34, of Ballafurt Road in Port Erin, has been withdrawn.
The charge was withdrawn last week after the prosecution offered no evidence.
She had previously denied the charge.
Magistrates ordered costs incurred by the defence to be paid by prosecutors.
