Police are warning people in Onchan to check their garden sheds and garages after a burglary.

A Karcher pressure washer was stolen from a garden shed in the area of Howstrake Drive, Onchan, some time between October 1 and 6.
Police asked that residents in the area to check garden storage in case anything similar has occurred.
Officers stressed that this was simply a precaution and there was nothing to suggest that there were multiple victims in this matter.
They appealed for anyone with information about the theft to contact police headquarters.
