Police in Peel are investigating a collision between an unknown vehicle and a parked silver Mini.

Officers said the incident happened on Atholl Street between the evening of the Friday September 4 and 12 on Saturday September 5.

The Mini sustained significant damage to the front driver’s side wheel arch. The driver of the offending vehicle did not stop.

PC McAndry of the Central Neighbourhood Policing Team said: ’This is a the second incident of hit and run we have dealt with in the last two days, I would be grateful if the driver of the other vehicle would get in touch so that this can be resolved swiftly for all parties.’
