Paul Joseph Egan, aged 55, of Orry Place, Castletown, has denied possessing indecent images of children.

He pleaded not guilty to three counts of the offence.

There are alleged to be eight images with four at level four on the Copine Scale which is used to rate image severity with five being the most severe.

Four images are alleged to be level one.

A pre-trial review will take place on July 9.
