Christian Mayers, 54, of Ashley Park, Onchan has been remanded in custody after pleading not guilty to a charge of burglary.
No application for bail was entered and he will next appear before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes on June 16.
A date of July 7 has been set for committal to the Court of General Gaol Delivery.
