Justin Grant Fayle, aged 36, of Brookhill Road, Ramsey, has appeared in court charged with intimidating a witness and supplying class ’C’ drugs, namely diazepam.

He has also previously been charged with conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm.
He will be committed to the Court of General Gaol Delivery on December 8.
Bail was granted in the sum of £500 with conditions to reside at Tromode House, obey a 11pm to 7am curfew, not enter Ramsey, not contact witnesses, not enter the Rosemount pub in Douglas, and not leave the island without court consent.
