Alistair John Cowin, aged 36, of Tynwald Street, Douglas, has appeared in court charged with two counts of making threats to kill.

The case is due to be committed to the Court of General Gaol Delivery on February 18.

No bail application was made and Mr Cowin is remanded in custody.
