A motorcyclist died after an accident on the Mountain Road yesterday afternoon.
The 47-year-old man, who lived in the island but who has not been named, was involved in a collision with a car on the Douglas side of Windy Corner at 3.30pm.
Both vehicles were travelling north towards Ramsey.
The driver of the car, who also lives in the Isle of Man, was uninjured.
Police inquiries are continuing.
