A Ballasalla man will stand trial in December after denying driving without due care and attention.

Michael Anthony Osborne, aged 69, of Silverburn Farm, appeared before magistrates on Thursday.
He had previously entered a not guilty plea to the charge which allegedly took place on December 11.
Bail was granted - the trial will start on December 19.
