Castletown fire station has relocated to Ronaldsway industrial estate after more than 52 years based in the centre of the town.
A fire service spokesman said: ’The new combined fire and ambulance station is now fully operational.
’This site represents a new era for both of our organisations and will play a huge part in enhancing our working relations which can only benefit the local community and beyond.’
