The police are appealing for the owner of a vehicle found on the mountain to come forward.

Officers removed the car from the Mountain Road overnight after it was found at the Graham Memorial.

There was a concern the vehicle may cause a hazard to other road users.

A post on Facebook said: ’There is no registered keeper for this vehicle at present so we couldn’t speak to the owner. It appears to have some damage!’

The owner of the vehicle is asked to contact Police Headquarters on 631212 and to attend with their proof of ownership documents.
