Police are appealing for information after the brake lines of a parked scooter were deliberately cut.
The incident happened at Tramman Rise, Douglas, between 8pm on Thursday (March 18) and 9am the following morning.
Both front and rear brake lines of the scooter were cut, which police say could have caused a serious accident which could have badly injured the rider and/or other pedestrians/motorists.
