Police are investigating a house burglary in Onchan.

The intruder stole a substantial amount of money during the raid on the house on Turnberry Avenue between the hours of 3am and 8am on Saturday (August 10).

Also stolen was a distinctive Guess backpack like the one pictured.

Anyone who was in the area of Turnberry Avenue between these times and noticed anything suspicious or has found or been offered this bag for sale is urged to contact Detective Constable David Thommeny at police headquarters on 631212.
