â?¢ Christopher John McGahan, aged 68, of Marine Parade, Peel, has been fined £150 for driving without a vehicle licence.
The vehicle, a Renault Master van, with ambulance markings, was reported by a member of the public as it had UK registration plates and the tax had expired in February 2018.
McGahan told police he had bought the van in the UK and it had been cleared at the vehicle test centre to be used as a work van.
Magistrates also ordered him to pay £50 prosecution costs.
â?¢ Paul Douglas, aged 56, of The Level, Colby, will face a trial on May 3.
He has denied fishing otherwise than in accordance with a licence.
â?¢ Michael John Kewley, aged 38, of Farvane Close, Anagh Coar, has appeared in court charged with provoking behaviour.
He has denied the offence and the case was adjourned until March 21 at the request of his advocate in order to allow time to view CCTV footage.
â?¢ Stuart Curran, aged 43, of Main Road, Port Erin, has been fined £380 after admitting four driving-related offences.
He pleaded guilty to speeding, having two defective tyres, and failing to maintain obligatory lights.
Curran was stopped by police outside Kirk Michael primary school on November 22 at 8.25am after being clocked by police doing 33mph in a 20mph zone.
Curran’s driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.
He must pay £50 prosecution costs.
â?¢ Kathryn Kelly, aged 46, of Empress Drive, Douglas, has been charged with two counts of theft.
She did not attend court but a summons advising her of the court date could not be proved as served.
A new summons was issued with a rescheduled court date of April 4.
