Police in the south of the island say items have been stolen over the last couple of weeks from properties undergoing renovation.
The Southern neighbourhood policing team said in the latest incident, Hartford Homes reported that two DeWalt batteries, a DeWalt radio, some tins of paint and a number of Hamilton Range chrome double sockets were stolen.
Police said the thief or thieves had been particular in what they had chosen to take. Officers urged the public to be vigilant.
