Edward Michael Lewin, aged 40, of The Lhargan, Glen Maye, will face two trials.
A trial will take place on May 3 with Mr Lewin facing charges of attemping to cause grievous bodily harm with intent.
A trial will be held on April 30 relating to an allegation of property damage.
A charge of threatening behaviour has been dismissed.
