A vehicle caught fire in Ballasalla yesterday.
At 5:30pm, the fire service in Castletown were called to Douglas Road to a vehicle well alight.
The crews used breathing apparatus and two hose reels to extinguish the fire and used a thermal imaging camera to check for hot spots.
They were in attendance for 45 minutes before the scene was left to the police.
Earlier in the day, crews from Douglas attended another vehicle on fire at Quarterbridge.
They arrived at the scene at 12:50pm and used two hose reels to put out the fire and a thermal imaging camera to look for hot spots again.
Crews were in attendance for about 20 minutes and left the scene to the police.
