Police and fire services are investigating the death of a 96-year-old woman following a house fire in Douglas.

Emergency services were called to the semi-detached property on Fuchsia Lane, Governor's Hill, at about 2.30am this morning (Sunday).
Police, fire and ambulance crews all attended the incident.
This afteroon, officers were carrying out house-to-house inquiries in the cul-de-sac.Police and fire chiefs say they will issue no further information at this stage of their inquiries.
