Today we’re showing a bird’s eye view of the work being carried out on Pulrose Bridge.

The £3.4m project is designed to cut the risk of flooding, improve the highway and protect vital infrastructure connections and began in March 2021.

Then the Department of Infrastructure said it would take about 12 months to do.

The bridge links Peel Road with Pulrose. When open, it is part of a route used by many to avoid the Quarterbridge roundabout when driving from Douglas to the south.
