Monapoli Limited is applying for planning permission (22/00206/C) to turn the sandwich bar on Prospect Hill, Appetites, into a ‘pasta bar’ hot food takeaway.
This would be open between 8am-6pm on weekdays, and later on Fridays and Saturdays.
Applicant Nicola Vendemia said that the businesses wishes to ‘provide vegan, vegetarian and gluten free option for Douglas workers at lunch as currently no places provides a consistent menu that can accommodate such dietary requirements’.
