A memorial service takes place next month to commemorate the 110th anniversary of the loss of the Ellan Vannin.
The service, organised by Ramsey Commissioners, takes place on Tuesday, December 3 at 6.30pm.
It will take place at the memorial plaque on West Quay, Ramsey. In the event of poor weather, it will take place at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church on South Promenade.
The service will last about 15 minutes and feature a welcome from the commissioners, a brief synopsis of what happened to the Ellan Vannin, the reading of the names of those who died, the laying of wreaths and prayers.
