There will be no disruption to services while a number of teams from the government’s adult social care service move offices over two days next week, Thursday and Friday, February 8 and 9.

The following teams from will be moving from Third Floor, Markwell House, Market Street, Douglas, to Third Floor, Murray House, Mount Havelock, Douglas:

Adult social care management (including administration support)

Adult services access team (ASAT)

Disabilities social work team

Safeguarding team

Reviewing officers

Partnerships and contracts

Disabled parking badge applications

Staff will continue to answer telephone inquiries and assist callers to Markwell House during this period but ask that anything that is not urgent is dealt with during the week beginning Monday 12 February.

The new postal address for the affected teams will be: Adult Social Care, Third Floor, Murray House, Mount Havelock, Douglas, IM1 2SF.

All contact telephone numbers will remain the same.
