An allegation of breaching a community service order, against Adam Alan Cowin, aged 37, of The Bretney, Jurby, has been withdrawn.

A probation report said that Mr Cowin had a number of issues which had impacted his ability to do community service.

The prosecution agreed to withdraw the charge.
