The predicted bad weather is affecting Steam Packet sailings today.

As we reported yesterday, today’s (Sunday’s) Manannan sailings have been moved forward to minimise disruption as the island faces gale force winds later.

Now the Ben-my-Chree has been affected too.

Its 7.45pm sailing from Douglas to Heysham has been brought forward to 7pm.

Passengers should check in no later than 6.30pm.

Today’s 3pm Manannan sailing from Douglas to Liverpool is going to leave at 1pm.

Check-in is no later than 12.30pm.

The return sailing, originally scheduled to leave at 7.15pm, will also leave two hours earlier.
