Last week’s Isle of Man Courier had an unusual front page.

It was see-through.

The advertisements on the translucent pages were for Derivco, the IT firm.

Some readers have been in touch concerned about the environment because they believed the see-through pages were made from plastic.

We should have explained last week that they were not made from plastic.

It’s new technology that enables paper to be used in this way and is biodegradable.

So you can put the whole of last week’s Courier in your recycling bin.
