Peel Commissioners are to visit the northern sewage treatment works at Balladoole, Ramsey, before they comment on proposals for a regional sewage treatment at Glenfaba House works in Peel.

Members were invited by Manx Utilities and is yet to confirm a date for the trip.

A public consultation on the proposed works at Glenfaba House closed on January 11.
