The weather forecast from the Met Office:
Becoming bright and sunny this morning with only isolated wintry showers and a gale force southwesterly wind which will ease slightly to become strong into the afternoon. Top temperatures of 7°C with significant wind chill.
Little change overnight, staying dry with largely clear skies, moderate to fresh westerly winds and temperatures lowering to 1 or 2 Celsius overnight leading to a risk of ice forming in places, mainly higher ground.
Monday will be bright and breezy with just a small chance of the odd isolated wintry shower. Highest temperature 7°C once again.
Tending to be a bit cloudier for Tuesday with a few wintry showers possible. Winds will start a fresh to strong westerly then back southwest during the day. Top temperatures 7°C.
