Two accountancy firms are merging.
Harding Lewis and Browne Craine & Co will employ more than 60 people.
There will be no job losses as a result of the merger.
Consultant and former shareholder at Harding Lewis, Andrew Gerrard, will spend more time on client projects and consultancy, rather than on compliance work.
