A popular travel agency in Peel is relocating due to the growth of its business.

Elite Voyages was established in November 2004 by founder and director, Iris Barry, and they have been trading from the same offices for almost 14 years

In this time, they have seen the business grow from strength to strength, a success that Iris accredits to the patronage of their long-standing, loyal customers.

Speaking of the move, Iris says: ’We are delighted to announce the opening of our new business premises at Elite House, 14 Douglas Street, in Peel.

’We have been waiting for some time for the splendid new office to be ready for our move.

’We would like both customers old and new to join us for a glass of wine on September 10 to mark the happy occasion of our move.

’Our new offices are much more modern and spacious, enabling us to provide an excellent experience for our clients.’

Elite Voyages is a family-run business, whose utmost priority is to supply the best customer service possible.

Travel has been the sole focus of Iris’s career, with her husband, Raymond Barry, overseeing the marketing of the company to ensure that their clients are aware of the amazing travel offers that become available.

Raymond is working on a new website for Elite Voyages, which is currently under construction.

Front of house is managed by office manager Kerry Kelly.

Kerry has a wealth of knowledge of holiday and cruise products and she is responsible for the seamless efficiency of a client’s journey, from her grasp of ever-changing travel technology to the scrupulous checks of pre-documentation checks.

Of Kerry’s organisational skills Iris says: ’Our personalised itineraries for each booking are somewhat legendary!’

Elite Voyages joined the Travel Network Group in March 2017, and they are paramount in providing Elite Voyages with 100% security through World Choice and the Travel Trade Association for holiday bookings.

’They have been very supportive and they are able to provide us with exclusive holiday deals. They, too, have a major focus on customer service and have been a great help to us,’ says Iris.

They are specialists in cruises and with Iris’s extensive cruise knowledge (having travelled herself with most cruise companies) and she is well versed on providing experience-borne information to ensure her clients are booking the correct holiday or cruise.

Iris is an expert on world travel, be this by plane, train or automobile, having travelled the world countless times, and it is this love for travel which sets Elite Voyages apart.
