Steven Malone has been taken on as finance director of the Tevir Group which owns the Castle Mona site in Douglas.
The group also owns the 55 Athol Street office development and the Villiers site.
Mr Malone has been with the group for two years as financial controller, having joined the company from a similar role working for a leading UK manufacturing and distribution group.
He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and also has worked within the areas of audit, accountancy and tax, gained during his five years with a leading independent firm of accountants in the Isle of Man.
Ciaran Doherty, Tevir Group managing director said: ’Since joining the team Steven has been directly responsible for delivering key aspects of our diverse and growing investment portfolio, in particular our high profile property developments in the Isle of Man.
’His promotion to finance director recognises his valuable contribution, his skills and his importance to the group, which have helped us deliver significant successes to date and which will undoubtedly be vital to us as we continue to grow our interests.’
