The Manx Property Circle will hold its second gathering next month.

A free event geared towards residential and commercial property professionals in the island, June’s fixture will feature a guest speaker from 3FM and Quinn Legal as headline sponsor.

The Manx Property Circle is a new initiative for 2019, designed to drive growth within the Isle of Man’s property community.

It offers networking opportunities and a chance to gain new insight into the local property market.

Ron Berry, managing director at 3FM, has been named as the official guest speaker at the event.

He plans to give a talk on harnessing digital technologies in the property industry, with a focus on 3D property mapping.

Attendance numbers at the inaugural event surpassed expectation and June’s event is expected to be even bigger and better.

Everyone working in property is invited to attend, including architects, property developers, banks, letting agents and property allied services, such as interior designers and furniture retailers.

Spokesman Benn Davis said: ‘The purpose of the Manx Property Circle is to bring people in property together under one roof to share knowledge and discover opportunities.

‘Businesses find opportunities when they talk to each other, which is why events like the Manx Property Circle are so important.

‘The property market on the Isle of Man is extremely strong.

‘Attendees have a range of backgrounds, and that’s a great thing because it offers an assortment of solutions to the same challenges.

‘Over time, we feel the Manx Property Circle can help take the island’s property industry from strength to strength.’

The venue for the event on Thursday, June 13, is Bar George in Hill Street, Douglas from 5.15pm.
