A workshop will centre on how businesses can establish and deliver what customers want.
How to take a customer-focused approach will look at the research, analysis, strategy and delivery needed to go into powerful marketing plans and why they are so important in differentiating a business in a competitive market place.
It will be led by Helen Ward, a director from Bold Consultancy, who is experienced in advising on marketing plans to clients who operate in a broad range of sectors.
Hosted by Manninvest, the workshop starts at 8am on Wednesday, March 13.
Mrs Ward said: ’Many businesses aim to be customer centric but user experiences can be disappointing.
’Understanding your customers and their environment, identifying what they look like, how a business can solve problems for clients and successfully engage with them leads to greater retention and growth. I am looking forward to sharing my knowledge and hopefully there will be lots of discussion and questions to make it an interactive event.’
