Following the announcement of the circuit-breaker lockdown, and to ’ensure the safety of vulnerable customers and staff’, the Isle of Man Bank is delaying the planned return of ’Penny’, its vehicular mobile branch.

Penny will be reintroduced ’in due course’ following any further government advice and customers will be notified of all changes to Penny’s timetable through the website at www.iombank.com and via social media channels.

The Isle of Man Bank has also temporarily closed the Regent Street branch to enable staff to be deployed in other branches and to protect vulnerable colleagues. Essential banking services are still available at Athol Street branch as well as Ramsey and Port Erin.

The current branch opening hours are as follows: Regent Street branch - temporarily closed.

Athol Street (Douglas), Ramsey and Port Erin branches will be open from 9.30am to 4.30pm Monday-Friday for essential banking only.

Branch opening hours and services will continue to be reviewed and the bank will provide further updates as the situation evolves due to updated government guidance.

Digital and online banking services are available as usual and customers can carry out all their personal banking needs via the bank’s app or the online banking platform.
