Law firm boss James Quinn has spoken about how his business has grown.

Ridgeway Street, Douglas, based Quinn Legal is reporting ’unprecedented’ staff growth over the past year and the positive impact this is having on the experience of their clients.

In a little over 12 months the company has appointed 11 new members of staff.

The staff base has since increased to 36, with further staff set to be hired in the coming months.

James Quinn, managing director, said: ’Our new team members have not only brought sought-after knowledge from across the legal spectrum, but have also brought skills from other industries.

’As part of our overall strategy, all new appointments made at Quinn Legal are client focused.

Our aim is that the expertise we bring in directly benefits our existing and new clients; ensuring that the experience they receive is truly exceptional.

’In building and growing our teams, Quinn Legal is able to offer exceptional services with quality and client reassurance taking prominence.’

In addition to its reported staff growth, the firm’s dedication to client experience has been reflected in its new branding, launched in August 2016.

Quinn Legal has offered a full-range of legal services since it first opened in 2009.

Because of increasing demand for its services, the firm set new staff strategies at the beginning of 2016.

As well as increasing the headcount across its legal teams, the firm has reflected its core objective of providing exceptional client service by establishing dedicated key new positions in operations, marketing and customer service.

With a new website and expanding social media presence, the firm is working to educate and empower its online audiences with regard to the processes involved in seeking legal services; the advice and guidance that is available and the value of certain services in everyday life.
