The island’s McDonald’s drive-through will reopen by the end of next week, a company spokesman has confirmed.
It was announced on Wednesday that the food giant would be reopening 1,020 of its stores across the UK and Ireland by June 4.
A McDonald’s spokesman told the Manx Independent: ’Yes, the announcement does include the Isle of Man!’
The company has also confirmed that it will be operating on reduced hours with fewer staff and as a result it will not be offering its breakfast menu, milkshakes or wraps.
Customers are asked to limit their spend to £25 per order and to use contactless payment whenever possible.
The Peel Road store closed on March 23 as the island entered the first stage of the Covid-19 lockdown.
