Nedbank Private Wealth has an impressive track record in the Sunday Times 100 best small companies to work for list.
The island private bank has appeared there for 14 of the past 15 years.
The organisation came in at number 67, and retained its position as the only private bank and trust company on the listing, which results from the largest ever survey into workplace engagement in the British Isles.
Nedbank is the second island company to be placed on the list, the other being plan.com which came in seventh, as was reported on in our sister paper the Manx Independent.
Stuart Cummins, chief executive of Nedbank Private Wealth International, said: ’We are very proud to once again receive such a strong endorsement from our own employees.
’Having joined the company in March 2018, it is particularly pleasing to see such a positive result as we implement an innovative growth strategy and aim to build on our established reputation as a high net worth boutique private bank and wealth manager.
’We exist to protect our clients, advise them with integrity and make their lives easier, and we appreciate that a fully engaged workforce is crucial to achieving this.
’We have an amazing team and continue to make significant investments in recruiting and developing the best people.
’We have been rewarded by an exceptional level of staff loyalty.
’More than 65% of our staff have been with us for more than five years and 36% for over 10 years.
’From a client perspective, this translates into exceptional continuity and quality of service.’
Daniel Bisson, managing director of Nedgroup Trust, said: ’It is a testament to the team work and commitment of all the people in our business, and their shared sense of purpose.’
In 2014 Nedbank received a special award for the exceptional achievement of appearing on the list for 10 consecutive years.
