The Association of Corporate Service Providers’ DQ-sponsored seminar on Tuesday, January 15, will be with DQ Advocates’ Dawn Jones on the topic: ’Managing regulatory intervention’.
Ms Jones will share her experience of how best to deal with any regulatory intervention, emphasising the importance of proper correspondence and interview protocol, and the key factors to consider when interacting with the regulators or other authorities.
She will also comment on cost considerations, including whether insurance policies are likely to cover the cost of legal proceedings.
The seminar, expected to last one hour, will be at the Upper Hall, Loch Promenade Church, Douglas with registration at midday for a prompt 12.30pm start.
