Steve McAllister-Pell has joined Ramsey Crookall as a relationship manager.

He first qualified to provide advice in 1985 with Lloyds Bank in the UK.

In 1995 he moved into the offshore industry when he went to work for Lloyds Bank International in Jersey. In 2000 he moved on to work in Hong Kong for five years.

During a nine-year sabbatical following his time in Hong Kong, Mr McAllister-Pell retook all his financial exams after the global economic crisis of 2007/8 had impacted the financial world, leading to regulatory changes in the financial sector.

In 2014 he moved to the Isle of Man and re-joined Lloyds Bank International.

He is a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.

In his new role at the business in Athol Street, Douglas, he will be responsible for managing and developing new and existing relationships locally and internationally.

Ramsey Crookall’s chief executive, Joanna Crookall, said: ’Steve joins us at an exciting time as the company begins to celebrate its 75th anniversary.

’It will be great to have him join our team as we continue striving to provide the highest levels of personal attention to our customers.’ Ramsey Crookall is the island’s longest-established independent firm of stockbrokers and investment managers.
