Ramsey byelaws governing the use of amenity areas such as Mooragh Park, Coronation Park, the foreshores and other amenity land under the control of the local authority are due for revision.
The current byelaws, which expire in January 2018, can be viewed on the commissioners’ website. They are distinct from the dog control byelaws and the provisions of the Litter Act.
A short consultation exercise is being prepared so that members of the public can state their views.
