A charge of careless driving, against David William Kelly, aged 44, of Ballacrosha, Ballaugh, has been dismissed after he agreed to accept a caution.

He had previously pleaded not guilty to the allegation.
The court heard that he had initially been offered a fixed penalty notice but had declined.
He was represented in court by advocate Laurence Vaughan-Williams.
