A charge of careless driving, against Nizar Salameh, aged 41, of Hidcote Road, Oadby, Leicester, has been withdrawn.

Magistrates heard that there had been difficulty serving a summons and that the file had been reviewed and it was deemed not in the public interest to proceed.
