Ramsey Commissioners have decided not to object to a two-year extension to planning approval granted in 2016 for a four-storey block of flats on West Quay.

They added a provision that there should be no additional extension beyond November 2020.

The site in question is the plot between The Farmers’ Combine and Lane, which has been vacant for many years. The application was made by David Hathersich-Jones.
