A suggestion from the developers that the proposed new estate at Clifton Drive, Ramsey. be named ’Grove Park’ has not won favour with the commissioners.

They say they would prefer the name ’Gibbs’ Grove’, which would more strongly reflect the association with the Grove Museum and the Gibb family who bequeathed it to the nation.
