Despite the developers reducing the planned number of houses from 181 to 164 and ’improving’ the proposed new access onto Lezayre Road, Ramsey Commissioners remain opposed to Dandara’s proposed Lower Milntown Farm development.

They object on grounds that it does not comply with the West Ramsey Development Framework, which calls for a perimeter access road.

The main problem, as far as the board is concerned, is vehicle access, especially during the TT period. As it stands, access would be via Gardeners Lane onto Lezayre Road.
