I can’t get out to shop so he sent me photos of duvet covers they had in.

I chose the ones I wanted plus a new duvet and they were delivered an hour later. I told Ady I struggled putting the cover on so my duvet arrives with one of the covers on. So good of him, then he said if I needed anything from anywhere to give him a shout. Fantastic friendly service and brilliant prices. Thank you Ady.

Massive shout out to the staff of Anagh Coar Spar who have been absolutely amazing delivering food to my self-isolating dad over the past few weeks. Everyone I’ve ever spoken to there have been so helpful and friendly, even when they are rushed off their feet and the service they provide is an absolute lifeline at the minute. A big thank you to Specsavers Opticians Isle of Man. They are currently closed, however are there if you need them. I was due to pick up my new prescription glasses just as lockdown happened and therefore wasn’t able to.

I posted on Facebook on Friday asking what the situation was as I was starting to get headaches etc and within the hour I had received a call from the Douglas store arranging a time for me to come and collect. I picked them up today. Thank you so much.

The Buzz for last minute helping me out with childcare while school hubs are closed. They helped me out at the last minute in my time of need, so I am truly grateful for them!

Bottle Monkey for delivering my partner craft lager for our anniversary! I ordered last week and asked for them to be delivered to his house today as a surprise (since we can’t see each other due to lockdown) he was very shocked to come home from work to them.

Morgan’s Pies Limited for also dropping your delicious pies off to my partner for our anniversary! He was made up to find a selection of his favourite pies to go with his lager!

A massive shout out to Domino’s Pizza who delivered delicious hot pizzas free of charge to the residential home I work at to show their appreciation to key workers. It was very much appreciated. Thank you so much. We had one very happy home at lunchtime.

Shout out to Manx Telecom. Rang to upgrade my contract and was told this was still happening. Fantastic service from Rob Vereker who sorted everything out and also told me my WiFi was up for renewal, nothing was too much trouble.

A lovely person called Abbie contacted me and said my phone was out for delivery today but obviously because of the high volume of workload it wouldn’t make it to me today so she had my phone dropped to her and she personally delivered it to my house after work.
