I would like to nominate Theresa Isaac of BELiEVE DESiGNS for a shout out. Theresa designs and creates merchandise for businesses and lovely, personalised gifts for friends and family. More recently, Theresa has been putting her talent to amazing use by creating and selling "NHS Superhero" mugs, with all profits going to Friends of Noble’s Hospital. Not only have these gifts really lifted the spirits of some colleagues in the NHS, but Theresa has also managed to raise well over £1,000 for charity and still counting! Her family is very proud of her!

I would like to nominate the excellent team at the non-medical Covid helpline (686262) for a shout out who are doing a wonderful job! I recently had to call for some advice and my call was answered quickly and by a very pleasant person who gave me some good advice about shielding - well done to you all!

I would like to nominate The Strang Stores for their delivery service. They go out of their way to see that they can always deliver what has been asked for, even if items are not available with the morning delivery making a special journey later in the day.

Is there any way of putting a shout out to one of the best mental health nurses around, Paula Dunlop? Paula always goes above and beyond and doesn’t get the recognition she deserves. She really is a hero. She has truly saved my life and continues to do so; a true star and credit to the mental health team! It’s not just me she has helped. Although she is now only part-time and not my nurse, Paula still continues with care for me during this difficult time. Absolutely amazing lady, wish there was more like her.

Caroline is looking after several vulnerable people - she shops for them regularly and often delivers nourishing hot meals to them all. Caroline has continued to work throughout the lockdown and still manages to spend time with her own family. Caroline has taken on these duties very willingly and has shown true community spirit in this very difficult time. Many thanks Caroline.
